About Ivory
I’m a Solo esthetician with over 7 years of experience, specializing in corrective skincare and acne focused treatments. I’m deeply passionate about helping you feel confident in your natural skin and guiding you towards real, lasting results.
I also call my space a one stop shop because I also offer lash+brow services.
Policies

Cancelation fee is 30% of the original service price even if discount was applied. Cancellation fee is only applicable when the appointment is canceled within the 48hr window. If you reschedule or cancel 48hrs in advanced and there was a deposit made it will go towards your next appointment.

Consent forms for Lash extensions and skin treatments are required before appointment. The form will be sent to your phone number or email shortly after appointment is made.

Deposits or a payment card are required for all services at time of booking.

Credit card, Apple Pay, tap payments, and physical cash are accepted. That is the quickest option to pay is through acuity where the appointment was made and your payment card was saved.

If 3 clients are referred to my business they must be booked and checked out for you to receive a free service. The referrals must mention you by name.

Minimum commitment of 3 months before canceling subscription.
Client is responsible of booking their monthly appointments.
No roll overs for missed treatments.
